Late checkouts

Standard check-out time is at 11am. Should you require a later check-out please contact reception or the Bot on the day prior to your departure to discuss. 

However as an eClub member, you'll have access to a range of benefits and Instant rewards that are yours to enjoy each time you book and stay. So please convey that to the Reception or to Bot so that we can help you accordingly !

Alternatively we are able to store your luggage while you continue to utilise the hotel’s leisure facilities.
